Refunds and Cancellations
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please get in touch via email to email@example.com to discuss any returns/exchanges. If you are returning a product for refund/exchange, you, the buyer, are liable for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We can only accept returns or exchanges of items in their original condition - unused and in their original packaging.
We are unable to offer refunds of exchanges on the following items:
- pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
- hair accessories for hygiene reasons
- custom/personalised items
- items that have been altered in any way after being purchased
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that your order can be cancelled as sometimes, your orders are packed and dispatched quickly.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (usually up to 7-10 working days).
